How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select your item and size, then proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Once your order is confirmed you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us immediately at info@newstylr.com with your order number. After 24 hours, orders enter fulfillment and can no longer be changed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@newstylr.com with the name and email address used at checkout and we'll look into it for you.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
First, check around your property (porch, mailbox, with a neighbour) and confirm your delivery address was correct. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. The easiest way to check if we ship to your location is to enter your address at checkout — if no error appears, you're good to go. If you're having trouble, email us at info@newstylr.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders go through a 1–2 day quality check, then are dispatched within 1–7 days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–17 business days depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $6.00 for orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship free — no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout. This applies to both US and international orders.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. NEWSTYLR is not responsible for any customs charges incurred after shipment.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while — is something wrong?
Tracking updates can sometimes lag, especially during international transit or busy periods. If your tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We do not accept physical returns, but we do offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us at info@newstylr.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the damage. We'll review your case and respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution — typically a refund or replacement.
I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?
Unfortunately we're unable to process exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. We strongly recommend checking our size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days for cards, or 3–5 business days for PayPal. Store credit is issued immediately. If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, contact us and we'll follow up.
The colour looks different from the photos — is that a defect?
Minor colour variations between product photos and the actual item are normal — screens display colours differently and lighting in photos can affect appearance. These slight differences are not considered defects. If the colour is significantly different from what was advertised, reach out with photos and we'll assess your case.

Where is your clothing sourced from?
NEWSTYLR curates Korean and East-Asian streetwear inspired by the styles trending in Seoul and across East Asia. Our pieces are sourced primarily from China, with select items sourced directly from South Korea. Every piece is quality-checked before dispatch to make sure it meets our standards.
How do I find the right size?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide rather than going by your usual size, as Korean and East-Asian sizing can run differently from Western sizing. When in doubt, size up.
Are your products true to the photos?
We do our best to represent every item accurately. Minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If an item is significantly different from its listing, that qualifies for a refund under our policy.
Will you be restocking sold-out items?
It depends on the item. Some pieces are limited drops that won't return, while others are restocked regularly. Follow us on social media or sign up to our email list to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.
How do I care for my NEWSTYLR pieces?
Our garments do not include individual care labels. As a general rule, we recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air-drying to help your pieces last longer and keep their shape.
