Shipping & Delivery Process

  • How long does shipping take? 

    • Processing and shipping time takes 1-7 days. Within this time, we will do our best to process, confirm, and ship your order out in a timely manner. 
    • Delivery time takes around 1-17 days, which is the time it will take to arrive at your address. 
    • Please understand that unexpected events and sudden high volume of sales can occur, which may result in longer delivery times. We will alway do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within a maximum of 30 days.

  • Where do you ship from?

    • We supply and ship our products from China and South Korea.
  • Why is my tracking number not updating?

    • Please understand that you may receive an email stating that your order has shipped as soon as the shipping label is created. The processing and shipping time should take no longer than 7 days and you should be able to see updates through your tracking number, following this period. 
    • We are aware of an issue that causes some tracking numbers to not update, even throughout the delivery process and after orders have been delivered. If your order is not delivered within 30 days, please reach out to our support team at info@newstylr.com with your order number and date of order. We greatly appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconveniences. 

Refund Process

  • How long will my refund take to process and reach me?
    • After your refund has been approved, it should take no longer than 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your original payment method. 

Promotion & Discount

  • Can I use/stack multiple promo codes for my order?

    • No, you will not be able to use more than one promo code for your order. However, you can create a seperate new order and use the promo code of your choice.

Order Cancellation

  • Can I change my order? 

    • For most cases, it is difficult to make changes to orders that have been placed. However, if the order has not yet been processed, please reach out to us through email at info@newstylr.com and we will do our best to make changes to your order. 

  • Can I cancel my order?

    • Similar to order modifications, please reach out to us through email at info@newstylr.com. If the order has not been processed, we will do our best to cancel your order.
